Circle the Earth Recreation Organization (CERO) is a new non-profit organization in the Mankato Area. Our goal is to provide unique and new recreation opportunities (think mountain bike trails, groomed cross country trails, public skate park and river surfing, as examples) in the community for all ages and abilities. We want to focus on recreation in the mental health realm.
