The Great Duluth Sweat Together

The Brewhouse Family is hosting a Duluth sauna party, “The Great Duluth Sweat Together,” on Sunday, March 19, 2023 that aims to add a new world record: The most people to take a sauna in one city in a day, while raising money towards supporting homeless youth and young families by donating to Life House Duluth. This hopes to be the first occurrence of a new annual Duluth event.

Activities include 6-10 mobile saunas, yard games, outdoor yoga, snow sculpture contest, robe & slippers parade/contest, fresh Lake Superior water cold plunge, food/drink vendors, local art/craft vendors, live DJ, fire pit, and more! There will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Who: All ages are welcome to participate. If you’re unsure if your kids are old enough to safely take a sauna, please consult their pediatrician beforehand. Everyone who attends will be asked to register upon entry so we can submit the complete list of names to the Guinness World Records. There will be wristbands for those who are 21+ to be able to purchase alcohol on the Endion deck.

Cost: Free entry with a suggested $10 donation that will be used to support Life House. There will also be concessions available as well as some local vendors.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own towels and robes. Changing tents will be available as well as porta potties for guests to use.
