Yoga & Nomad Sauna Experience @ The Wilderness Fitness & Coworking
March 26 @ 10:30 am - 2:30 pm CDT
Join us at The Wilderness Fitness & Coworking for group yoga and Sauna sessions. Sessions will begin at 10 am, 11:30am, and 1pm. Enjoy 45 minutes of Yoga before heading to the Nomad Sauna station in groups of ten to relax and unwind. Coffee and tea available while you wait for your Sauna session.
Changing rooms and showers are available onsite. Please arrive 10 -15 minutes before to your session and plan to bring your own yoga mat and towel.
