Sauna Parabuch Info
Sauna Parabuch is a mobile sauna that started with a successful crowdfunding campaign, and has been busy visiting all 16 Polish providences.
The mobile sauna travels around the seas, lakes, and rivers in Poland – their favorite locations allow “dzikich sauna,” or “wild saunas” where you can go directly from sauna to ice holes or a mountain stream. “This expansion and contraction is one of the deepest forms of relaxation available for humans,” says co-founder Jędrzej.
The founding couple, Alicja and Jędrzej have a background in conservation and carpentry, and seem uniquely destined to build and share their love of sauna and nature with their country.
Another goal if their project is to give a step-by-step instruction guide on how to build a mobile sauna from scratch.
The sauna consists of a 2x2M main room with seating for 6-8 people. The sauna has a wood fired stove from their Finnish partner, Narvi. Polish partners include Novitek and Saunatech. The sauna has a shower, good ventilation and a wood stove with a water tank for bathing.
