About Renting a Sauna
Most mobile saunas have free delivery in their service area! They usually supply firewood, and everything you need for a great session except tap water for the sauna bucket! Slip on shoes or sandals are also nice, especially when it’s very cold or muddy outside.
US Sauna Deliveries
Your sauna host will set up the sauna on flat ground and give you a quick tour and instructions. If you’ve never experienced and operated a sauna before, that’s no problem. Your host will get you all set up.
Sauna Rental Etiquette in America
The biggest difference between public saunas in Europe and the US is the use of bathing suits. Public sauna events in America, especially at events, breweries, and athletic events will require a bathing suit. In fact, the traditional European naked sauna would probably get hosts and guests in legal trouble in most states. Play it safe and wear a bathing suit at public sauna events. Of course, if you are renting a private sauna in America at a private location, that’s between you and your guests.
