Drink water before, during and after to ensure staying hydrated.
The best attire is a swimsuit, spandex, or shorts and Tshirt/tank top. Something you’ll be most comfortable in going from sauna to cold bath. We recommend bringing a pair of sandals that you can easily slip on to walk from the suana to the tub. Please bring a towel to dry off after you’ve completed your cycles and feel free to bring a change of clothes as we will have private changing areas. If you’re attending more than one event, message us for a promo code for a discounted rate on your 2nd and/or 3rd experience.
