A polar plunge with her mom started it. Stephanie thought she was joking; a few winters later she had gone from daily member to staff at a sauna village built around Finnish tradition, spent time at UKTS in Pembroke, one of the oldest Finnish social clubs in the United States, and put a sauna of her own on a trailer. Arrival Sauna opened on Cape Cod in August 2026 with a mantra of its own: gather differently. The hot room seats up to eight on two tiers, with the upper bench set properly high, under-bench lighting, and a picture window beside a wood-fired IKI stove from Finland; Stephanie's submission names it the Original Plus.
