Whatever the weather, you are surrounded by the elements the name is drawn from. Sessions Sixty-minute community sessions run Thursday to Sunday all year round, mixed and women's, with the odd occasion like New Year's Eve. Private beach hire takes a group of up to nine, and there is a six-session package for regulars.
