Gather Sauna House has been bringing traditional sauna and thermal contrast therapy to Central Oregon since 2019, and calls itself the Pacific Northwest's original riverside public sauna and wild spa. The sessions The wood-burning saunas reach 180–210°F and comfortably seat four to eight. You can book a public "social" session or take the sauna privately with a group of up to eight; sessions are hosted by sauna guides. Weekly community sessions run Thursday evenings, and collaborations fill the calendar — flow yoga before a thermic cycle, whisking sessions, herbal elixirs, and talks.
