Heatwave Sauna is a mobile barrel sauna located in Denmark and operates in Sjælland. Sauna is fully mobile and ready to fulfill your wishes and needs! Choose whether you want a regular sauna or full body Spa treatment delivered at your house or desired location.

Healthy snacks, wooden (birch, oak, linden) whisks, scrubs, chocolate massages, tea and more surprises are waiting for you! Inside Heatwave sauna you will feel like a sauna master and will be able to try the heat sessions with confidence and in a safe and healthy manner!

Sauna is equipped with necessary equipment and instructions so everybody can enjoy the sauna benefits on their own.

Delivery is for free within the borders of Sjælland.

Regular sauna means that Heatwave will deliver sauna with everything that is needed for a wet or dry sauna session. This is for those who just want to relax or have fun in a traditional sauna without SPA elements.

ROMANTIC 24h 8 persons (+dkk200)

This is for special occasions when you really want to surprise you other side and want to enjoy beautiful moment together. This is a full spa cycle that you can do yourself or on your partner. SPA elements are specially for a purpose to create a romantic atmosphere and to enjoy your time together.

This package is an extra dkk200 added at checkout.

Note: Any additional person is 100 dkk more!

HEALTH+ 24h 8 persons (+dkk200)

This package is for those who really want to threat their body at its best. Spa elements are specially chosen to maximise the effect of SPA, which means that with help of different ingredients from nature you infuse your body with the best vitamins, minerals which will protect your body, boost your immune system and even cure some injuries.

Renting sauna trailer from Heatwave.nu is done according to the rental conditions below. It is the tenants own responsibility that these are read and understood prior to entering into a lease.

1. Booking and Payment

The sauna cabin is booked through the website (www.heatwave.nu). Afterwards, booking is being accepted or denied. Booking can be denied if information required for booking is incorrect or customers conditions(location, health conditions) are not suitable for use of this service. In case of denial, full refund will be transferred back.

No deposit is paid. Any damage to sauna or equipment will be investigated and settled after the use of service.

All prices are incl. 25% VAT.

Payment is made in advance when booking the sauna trailer and the rental agreement is only valid when payment has been made.

2. Cancellation of order

If reservation is cancelled in advance(more than 14 days prior booked time), then Heatwave.nu will charge the customer 500DKK

If reservation is cancelled within 14 days before booked time, then customer will not receive the paid amount back

3. Pickup / Delivery

Heatwave.nu takes care for delivery and collection of sauna trailer within the borders of Sjælland without any external costs, but, outside borders of Sjælland, amount for delivery will be calculated regarding the situation and conditions.

4. Submission

Time and location for sauna trailer is agreed upon booking. Sauna has to be used by following the instructions and in case of a misunderstanding customer has to make sure by contacting Heatwave.nu.

After the use, the room of sauna can stay dirty, but, if it will be cleaned, it will be just appreciated!

5. Delayed delivery or cancellation from Heatwave.nu

In case of delayed delivery (more than 30 minutes), Heatwave.nu is obliged to inform the customer and offer 50% discount for current booking.

Alternatively, in this case, the customer can choose to cancel the booking completely free of charge.

If Heatwave.nu (for example due to a breakdown) has to cancel a confirmed booking, the customer is granted a gift certificate giving the right to rebook the Sauna cabin on any other date and time without any charges.

6. Insurance, liability and damages

Heatwave.nu assumes no liability under any personal injury, material damage or other damage that may occur during the event. The tenants and participants have a responsibility to look after each other.

The sauna trailer is covered by insurance and liability.

It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure that the use of the sauna cabin is in accordance with the instructions provided and accepted. If this is not done and this causes a defect, the tenant shall be liable for damages incurred by the sauna cabin and charged for the repair afterwards.

7. Complaints

If the tenant (or the tenant suspects) that there is a fault in the rented equipment, please always call the Heatwave.nu immediately. Heatwave.nu will here advise on how the case should be handled.

Heatwave would like to receive feedback from customers, as the dialogue with our tenants provides an opportunity to improve service and products.

8. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates cannot be used with other discount agreements.

Only 1 gift certificate can be used per customer / rental.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Issued on request and is valid for 2 years starting from the day when payment has been received.

Gift certificates are issued either by competition or can be purchased as value gift cards.

9. General reservations

The above information is updated on an ongoing basis, which is why we reserve the right to make any changes, entry errors, price and tax increases, as well as restrictions imposed by authorities that may be detrimental to our customers.
