Sauna Cleveland brings the sauna to you. The Cardinal Sauna is a cedar barrel with a Harvia wood stove, strapped into the bed of a pickup — which is the whole trick, because it means the thing goes wherever a truck goes. They deliver it, park it in your driveway, and get the fire going. The rest of the twenty-four hours is yours. The sauna runs off-grid and needs no hookups; the operator says all it wants is a flat surface and about two parking spaces' worth of room. The cold plunge is the exception — if you want it alongside, they will need electricity and water at the site. It has not been a straight road.
