Sauna House Charlotte

Nordic bathhouse in a 1934 Charlotte building with Finnish saunas, a silent salt room, cold plunges and heated lounge benches. Two-hour visits.

Sauna House Charlotte turns a 1934 industrial building into a light-filled hub for heat, cold and rest. Original exposed brick, soaring bow-truss ceilings and factory-style windows frame the thermal cycle: Finnish saunas, a silent salt room, cold plunges and heated lounge benches, all moved through at your own pace over two hours. The thermal cycle A visit rotates between saunas, cold plunges and moments of rest. Sauna House suggests up to 15 to 20 minutes in the sauna, a cold shower to rinse off sweat, a cold plunge for 3 to 5 minutes, then 10 to 15 minutes of rest and water before going again.

Listed amenities: Cold plunge, Cold shower, Changing rooms, Lockers, Showers, Towel rental, Accessible entrance and bench level, Parking, Social sauna sessions.
