Saunaday is a bathhouse built around contrasts: heat and cold, steam and dry air, company and quiet. A two-hour session runs through five stops, starting with cedar salt scrub showers, then a green-tiled steam room, then a choice of two Finnish saunas, a cold plunge, and a lounge with filtered water and a small market. The whole visit is self-guided and phone-free, and you repeat whatever you like in whatever order feels right. Two saunas, two moods The Cedar Sauna is the larger social room, built mainly from Western Red Cedar. The Aspen Sauna is a silent space made from Wisconsin aspen, with a ceiling of small lights like a starry sky, made for deep relaxation.
