USVA by Terhen is the sauna day spa inside NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa, with a Finnish sauna, steam room, cold plunge and sauna rituals for all.

USVA opened in 2024 with the NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa, the hotel built into the old Hansa and Seurahuone blocks at Kaivopiha, and it was created by two sauna therapists who wanted a spa built on Finnish sauna culture rather than a beauty salon with a sauna attached. The rounds go Finnish sauna, steam room, cold plunge and cold mist shower, then a heated relaxation bed in the lounge, and the treatments are sauna-based too: birch whisking in the hot room, salt and honey scrubs done in the sauna's warmth, herbal clay masks. It has its own street entrance, so you do not need to be a hotel guest, and it sits a minute from the central railway station.
