Watershed is a quiet, low-light bathhouse in the historic Switch House in St. Anthony Main, close to the Mississippi River and the Stone Arch Bridge. It was the first communal bath and spa in the Twin Cities, founded by Nell Rueckl, who also founded Spot Spas. A visit follows a bathing ritual: shower, soak in the hot pool, steam, sauna, cold plunge, then rest in the meditation garden and repeat as often as feels right. The space is self-guided, communal and gender inclusive.
