AIRE Ancient Baths Tribeca sits inside a restored 1883 textile factory at 88 Franklin Street, one of the largest AIRE locations at 16,000 square feet. Original brick, beams and iron columns frame the thermal baths, and a Tepidarium with a skylight lets the sky into the warm bath. Every session includes the thermal bath circuit, which you move through at your own pace between baths at different temperatures. It was AIRE's first destination outside Europe, and sessions are reserved online.
