Northern Heat Sauna Rentals

Six-person wood-burning barrel saunas delivered around Traverse City and northern Michigan, each with a 100-gallon cold plunge tank.

Northern Heat Sauna Rentals is a family-run Traverse City business that delivers wood-burning barrel saunas on trailers. Each seats six and comes with a 100-gallon cold plunge tank, so a cottage, rental or backyard up north gets the full hot and cold round. One sauna is based in Traverse City and a second in Honor, closer to Benzie County and the Sleeping Bear dunes. Rentals are private. The saunas also come out for events, from wellness gatherings at The Homestead in Glen Arbor to Michigan Sauna Fest in Traverse City. At Michigan Sauna Fest Northern Heat Sauna Rentals has brought its saunas to Michigan Sauna Fest since the first festival in 2025.
