Nordic Exposure Ladies Night

Come down to the Hub food park in Old Town Mankato for a ladies only Nordic Exposure event. Vusa Bentley of FitNutSimplified and Martie Kaus of Circle the Earth Recreation Organization will be hosting this fun and relaxing night! You will be doing sauna and cold water exposure cycles led by Vusa. You can be at the entire event if you choose; purchase tickets for the time slot that works for you to do your hot/cold cycles. We will have music to set the mood, fire pits, private changing area, plus more! Grab your gal pals and come check this out!

Recommended attire: a swimsuit under spandex or t-shirt/shorts, etc. Whatever you’ll be most comfortable in while doing your cycles. Bring a towel to dry off afterwards if you choose. Sandals or slip on shoes are great to have to walk from sauna to cold tub.

Hydration is very important. Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after.

The price includes a 16 oz can of sauna water. Additional cans can be purchased at the event with cash or Venmo for $3/can. These are great for re-hydration during and after your cycles and have been very popular in our last events.

Nordic Exposure sauna hats can be purchased with cash or Venmo at the event for $17. Sauna hats help protect your hair from damage in the sauna, help keep you from overheating, and helps shield your head from the intense heat which allows you to stay in the sauna longer if you choose. You are not required to wear a sauna hat at our events.

Nordic Exposure events are brought to you by Circle the Earth Recreation Organization (CERO), a new non-profit 501(c)(3) in Mankato, MN. All proceeds from the Nordic Exposure events go to CERO.
