Door County Winter Oneness Weekend February 23rd – 25th, 2024

YogaMatt invites you to join him for a winter retreat weekend unlike any other in Door County, Wisconsin!

The Spa at Sacred Grounds located in Ephraim, Door County, Wisconsin will be hosting our spa experience and will offer to you a weekend of pure joy, peace, serenity, and healing.

Our lodging host, the Church Hill Inn Bed & Breakfast, is just mere minutes down the road from the spa and will provide our group with a comfortable cozy stay as we enjoy our weekend of restoration. Lodging is NOT included with the weekend registation, however our group does receive a special rate upon making your reservation.

The weekend will begin Friday evening with a welcome gathering at The Spa at Sacred Grounds and will conclude with an extra special relaxation meditation that will open you up to recieving the wonderful weekend ahead!

Saturday we will explore the realm of healing and oneness with yoga, spa massage, steam or sauna, aromatherapy, nature, and a sound meditation to end the day. On breaks between activities enjoy reading or journaling with a warm cup of tea or take a refreshing stroll around the Sacred Grounds property.

Enjoy the evening to yourself or with new friends and chose from one of the many fabulous Door County dining establishments; several within walking distance of the Church Hill Inn.

Sunday morning will begin with an invigorating yoga practice followed by meditation. The weekend will conclude with a closing reflection and gratitude ceremony.

This weekend will be blissful and guide you through all your wonderful senses. Nature, Spa, Yoga, Reflection, and Community. Enjoy the wonderful ambiance of winter in Door County. I cannot fully express in words how amazing and awesome this experience will be! Spots are limited and this event weekend will sell out so do not hesitiate to register sooner than later. Our group will be kept to 12.
