Old Abe Cooke Sauna Bash

Two days only. Old Abe is bringing Rochester’s only mobile sauna, Sauna Life, to our Cooke Park shop. Grab some friends and book a two-hour timeslot on Sat or Sun Feb 18/19. Sauna Life will bring the heat; Old Abe will bring the cold drinks and bites. Each ticket includes two hour access to the stoked sauna and cold bath, a bucket of adult and NA beverages and small bites.
Work up a cleansing sweat and then jump in the cold snow or ice bath. Repeat. You’ll feel reborn. Max 6 people per two-hour session. You will be required to sign a waiver at the event.
PROVIDED: Beverages; a warm changing area; restroom
YOU BRING: Bathing suit; towel; flip flops/sandals (optional)
